a little about me . . .

Hi, I'm Shalana. As far as my life goes, I was raised in a small, rural town in southern Missouri. You know of the kind of place - there are generally more cows than people. After college, I moved off to the big city. I currently live in the burbs of Kansas City, Missouri, where people far out number cows. My husband, Stephen, and I have two furry children, an Irish Setter named Cinnamon and Dutch Rabbit named Junior. I have been working for the past couple of years as an instructor of computer design courses for a local community college which I really enjoy. I've also been developing my fiber art skills as a traditional feltmaker. I'm an arts and crafts addict with many crafty endeavors including scrapbooking, jewelry making, and a long list of others. It is a fun, creative existence that I'm very thankful for every day!
