a little about me . . .
Hi, I'm Shalana. As far as my life goes, I was raised in a small, rural town in southern Missouri. You know of the kind of place - there are generally more cows than people. After college, I moved off to the big city. I currently live in the burbs of Kansas City, Missouri, where people far out number cows. My husband, Stephen, and I have one furry child, an Irish Setter named Cinnamon, and one brand new baby girl named Rowynn. Previously, I have worked as an instructor of computer design courses for a local community college. Currently, I am a full time stay-at-home mommy to my daughter and a part time fiber artist and feltmaker. I'm also an arts and crafts addict with many crafty endeavors including scrapbooking, jewelrymaking, and a long list of others. It is a fun, creative existence that I'm very thankful for every day!
